Blueberry Balsamic Vinegar
The blueberries are picked perfectly ripe, then crushed and left to ferment naturally. Balsamic vinegar, aged in oak
barrels, makesfor an intensely fragrant blueberry vinegar. We recommend it on red or white meat, game, bacon, salads, fish, mushrooms, ice cream, fruit salads and fresh soft mild cheeses.
