The strawberries are picked perfectly ripe, then crushed and left to ferment naturally. Balsamic vinegar, aged in oak barrels, is then added for an intensely fragrant strawberry vinegar.
We recommend it on red or white meat, game, bacon, salads, fish, mushrooms, ice cream, fruit salads, and fresh soft mild cheeses.
