Rip Van Winkle Wine, Beer and Brew Festival by The Catskill Fortnightly Club Sat, May 13, 2017 11:30 AM – 5:00 PM at 1 Main Street Catskill, NY 12414 A festival fun for all. A wide variety of wineries, breweries, distilleries and craft beverages, along with a large selection of craft and food vendors. Live music throughout the day. This event is set on the beautiful banks of the Hudson River and the Catskill Creek which make for a great backdrop. Hudson-Berkshire Wine and Food Festival Saturday, May 27th: 11:00AM - 6:00PM & Sunday, May 28th: 11:00AM - 5:00PM Columbia County Fairgrounds Route 66 and Route 203 Chatham, New York 12037 The 5th Annual Wine and Food Festival will feature beverage trail members plus other regional wineries, distilleries and cideries. Sat., 11am-6pm / Sun. 11am-5pm. There is also wonderful farm producers sampling and selling their delicious gourmet cheeses, baked goods, jams, jellies and so much more! Throughout the weekend there will be special seminars by some of the region’s foremost experts in the craft beverage industry. Southern Adirondack Wine & Food Festival Saturday June 6, 2017 3pm-7pm 2 North Main St Gloversville, NY A wine festival in the foothills of the Adirondacks featuring wineries from New York State, local restaurants, musicians, arts & crafts, and architectural tours of historic, downtown Gloversville. Tickets get you wine tastings and a commemorative wine glass to be used for tastings. You can buy specially prepared food from our food vendors and bottles of wine to go are availabe for purchase from the wineries. Proceeds benefit downtown Gloversville and future events. Strawberry Memories Strawberry Festival Saturday, June 17th 9:00 am-5:00 pm Main St Owego, NY The Owego Strawberry Festival is one of the biggest early summer festivals in the region, and it will take place June 16-17, across Downtown Owego. The event is one of the most-attended spring events in the region, with more than 20,000 attendees annually. The event kicks off with a massive block party which includes the Strawberry Shake 5K, a kid’s run, the Miss Strawberry Pageant, a wine and beer tasting tent, and even a Royal Automotive Auto Display. The Festival Parade headlines the second day, and will feature horses, floats, marching bands, dancers, vintage tractors, and more. After the parade attendees will find activities for kids, a vendor marketplace, live music, and more.
